UPDATE: January 2025: Spring 2025 Graduate Assistantship positions have been filled. Hiring areas will begin reviewing GA application materials for very limited Summer 2025 positions in April-May, so please make sure your Summer 25 GA application is filed before then. Fall 2025 applications are also available, I recommend going ahead and filing that while you are in the portal. After you have filed your GA application please return to this page and submit the additional documentation needed by areas as required below.

When you file a GA application a resume is required, a few areas require additional documents (cover letter or references). Please see below the areas with area website link and contact. You will also see what additional documents some require and a contact person if you wish to ask for additional information to help you write your cover letter.
