The Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DDEI) seeks to empower ESU students, faculty, and staff from all communities to improve their college experience by increasing access and equity within academic, civic, and co-curricular spaces. FACULTY SELF-ASSESSMENT
It is imperative to our students' academic goals that faculty at ESU understand, respect, and appreciate other people’s perspectives, behaviors, and worldviews that may be different from their own, and recognize them as a source of strength in the classroom.
