These pages are designed to provide quick access to the ESU Foundation Trustee Portal. First-time users will need to register their email address by following the one-time instructions provided.

One-Time Registration

Follow this guide to register your email with us. Please note this will only work for the email address that you provided the ESU Foundation staff.

If you have a Microsoft account (ex. @outlook.com or @hotmail.com) you do not need to follow these instructions.

We have included a how-to video, as well as step-by-step instructions.

  1. From your computer, visit microsoft365.com and click "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click "Create one".
  3. Enter your current email to create an account (this can be @gmail.com or any email type).
  4. Create a strong, memorable password.
  5. Click "Next," and a verification email will be sent to your inbox.
  6. Check your email for the 4-digit code, and enter the code.
  7. Complete the puzzle and select "Next" to finish.
  8. You should now be logged in.
  9. Now, open a new tab and type in:
    https://emporia.sharepoint.com/sites/ESUFoundationTrusteePortal
  10. Sign in with your now registered Microsoft email.
  11. Enter the new password you created.
  12. You are now in the Emporia State University Foundation Trustee Portal.
