UPDATE: January 2026: Spring 2026 Graduate Assistantship positions have been filled. Hiring areas will begin to review applications in April/May for a very limited number of Summer 2026 GA Appointments. Please make sure your Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 GA applications are completed as soon as possible to make sure your application is available for hiring area review. After you have filed your GA application please return to this page and submit the additional documentation needed by areas as required below.

When you file a GA application a resume is required, a few areas require additional documents (cover letter or references). Please see below the areas with area website link and contact. You will also see what additional documents some require and a contact person if you wish to ask for additional information to help you write your cover letter.
