HOW TO RENEW COGNOS CREDENTIALS
This is assuming that an individual already has access to Cognos, has logged in and has recently had their ESU password expire and /or changed.
STEP 1:
Locate the Personal Menu and select My Preferences.
STEP 2:
Navigate to the Personal tab, expand the Advanced section and select the Renew option.
