Beginning Tuesday, April 25, the fleet vehicle reservation system, CARS, will be updated to a new version. This refreshed release will include a new look and a modern interface with intuitive and easy-to-use screens. To access CARS, visit Hornet 365, select Employees and then select the CARS tile. This link will provide a new landing page with how-to guides and documentation. The CARS application will continue to require roles as outlined in the user guides to check out a vehicle. If you had that role in the previous system, you will continue to have the same role in the new system. After a car is assigned to an individual, that individual can visit the portal to see key information about the car (ex. description of car, license plate, check out dates, etc.) If you have questions about the reservation service itself, please contact Stormont Maintenance (620-341-5331).
