Bookings is an online website that allows customers to book services or appointments provided by a department. Each service is tied to one or more employee. Bookings can respect your existing Outlook calendar or have predefined availability set and includes custom notification capability.

Bookings is available to all ESU employees at no cost. Please contact IT to set it up.

Bookings can schedule an “in-person” appointment or virtually via Teams. You can also include a short form for the user to fill out prior to booking an appointment.
